Stories From The Past

Busy 1

I am a wife of 24 years, a blessed mother to three daughters and one son, and most importantly, a child of the King. I am a natural light photographer who also enjoys reading and spending time with my family. And I'm learning that faithfully taking care of the little things in life is big to God.

My Man

Noel is my husband of 24 years. He is the hurdle coach for the men and women's varsity track team, and he owns his own construction company. He is a rugged outdoors type of man but he has a soft side too; a true servant's heart and a man who dearly loves his family.

Morgan Kaylin is 21 years old and headed into her third year at Trine University where she is currently enrolled in the 3+3 OTD program and is becoming more involved in various student groups on campus. She continues to work as a certified water safety instructor; teaching swimming lessons along with life-guarding at the school and for our local lakes. She is an avid reader who is quiet and reserved in most circles but her witty sense of humor can really surprise you and make you laugh!

Marissa Joy is 19 years old and headed into her second year at Indiana Wesleyan University where she is majoring in criminal justice and psychology. She also swims competitively on the collegiate team. During the summer, she works as a certified water safety instructor; teaching swimming lessons along with life-guarding at the school and for the area lakes. In her free time, Marissa loves to read and she has such a compassionate heart for others.

Melayna Grace is 18 years old and is in her senior year of high school. She is a member of her varsity cross country team and she also runs hurdles for her school's varsity track team. During this final year of high school, she will have the opportunity to work in an area elementary school for a work based learning experience and she will continue to love on her people at the local nursing home where she has worked for two years. She is a lover of horses and reading and we love her wild adventurous spirit.

Mr. N

Nolan Mikel is 12 years old and is entering into the 7th grade and middle school. Nolan loves school and math is definitely his favorite subject. He loves 3-D printing and playing on his gaming devices. He also loves to read and usually stays up way too late at night reading a book that is "too good to put down". Nolan has been part of our local swimming club for a couple of years and this past year, he has began learning to play the cello.
